“I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hyatt Studios Harrisonburg. Since the hotel is newly built, everything feels modern, and the room was very clean. I also liked having a kitchenette, which is convenient for longer stays. The location is another plus. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Harrisonburg, making it a great base for exploring the area or visiting Shenandoah National Park. “Hair on the back of th tub, toilet seat loose/broken causing it to slide sideways with sitting on it. I only stayed one night and didn't see thbhair until the morning when I showered. When I told the morning front desk staff Jessica her only response was "I will amke sure I let someone know about it. No apology or any offer to discount stay. Very disappointed with my stay.”
